U-21 Hurling Championship V`s Cuala at 3p.m. on 28/11/2009

Played on PNU1 on a dry, but very foggy afternoon. The lads were up against a very strong Cuala team and judging by the support they had (it outnumbered us 4 to 1), they are expecting to go a long way. The lads played well in the first half and did very well to be only 3 points down. Cuala turned the screw in the second half and finished well on top. Thanks to the lads for their effort and to the mentors during what was a short campaign. The match finished Naomh Uinsionn 1-4 ; Cuala 2-12. Man of the match for St. Vincent`s was Rory Pocock.
